• Launched a new array of signature dishes, along with the culinary director,  that balances Indian flavours with the  familiarity of New York classics and the Inday brand

• Created a colorful & vibrant Spring 2017 menu that uses root vegetables, colorful greens, warming Indian spices and flavours with wholesome grains inherent with Inday values

• Implemented a new food costing standard operating process that is simple and scalable
